On April 25, the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee held its 25th Meeting. Comrade Y Thi Bich Tho – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the report on the results of the review and proposed disciplinary action against party members who committed violations related to the criminal case “Illegal possession and trading.” explosives” occurred in Quyet Thang ward, Kon Tum town (now Kon Tum city) according to Decision to prosecute criminal case No. 10, dated October 19, 1998 of the Security Investigation Agency of the Provincial Police. for comrade Nguyen Manh Hao (party member of Residential Group 7, Party Committee of Quang Trung ward; former Head of Immigration Management Department; former Head of Investigation Security Department; former Deputy Head of Investigation Security Agency Provincial Police in 1998) and comrade Nguyen Manh Ha (Party member of the Security Team, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Kon Tum City Police Party Committee, Deputy Head of Kon Tum City Police ; former Captain, Investigator of the Provincial Police Security Investigation Department in 2012).

Based on the content, nature, extent, harmful effects, and causes of the party members’ violations, the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee voted to decide on the party’s disciplinary action against comrade Nguyen Manh Hao in the form of a warning. and comrade Nguyen Manh Ha in the form of Reprimand. However, in comparison with the Party’s regulations on the statute of limitations for disciplining violating party members, the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee agreed not to enforce party discipline against the two above-mentioned comrades.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Committee reviewed 2 reports on the results of resolving party disciplinary complaints and decided on a number of other important issues.
