According to Thang Long Project Management Board, the Ninh Cuong bridge construction project across Ninh Co river on National Highway 37B has been approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 22/QD-TTg dated January 7, 2022, the project is approved by the Prime Minister. Investing with loan capital from the Korean Government and counterpart capital from the Vietnamese Government through the VNM-48 Loan Agreement.
At the same time, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 413/QD-BGTVT dated April 9, 2024 on approving the investment policy adjustment of the project “Construction of Ninh Cuong bridge across Ninh Co river on National Highway 37B” using loan capital. ODA of Korea.

The project is proposed to be built with a total investment of about 581.18 billion VND. The capital structure includes: Loan capital of 465.72 billion VND (about 19.337 million USD), domestic counterpart capital of about 115.467 billion VND. Project implementation period is from 2023 – 2027./.
