From April 24 – 27, Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark Management Board coordinated with Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark Management Board (Ha Giang) to organize connection activities for the Cao Geopark partner network Dong Van lithology surveys experiential tourist routes at Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark.

The group surveys and does field research at the Mountain God’s Eye heritage site (Quang Hoa).

The group surveys and conducts field research on geological heritage sites, biodiversity, natural landscapes, culture, history, and traditional craft villages; Restaurants, hotels, homestays, and stops at Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark such as: Pac Bo Special National Relic Area (Ha Quang); Phja Thap incense village, Dia Thuong paper village, Mountain God’s Eye (Quang Hoa); Khuoi Ky stone village, Ban Gioc waterfall (Thong Khanh); Kolia eco-tourism area (Nguyen Binh)…

At the survey sites, the delegation met with partners to exchange and learn experiences on preserving and promoting cultural values ​​associated with the goal of sustainable tourism development; the establishment, management, and operation of management board and cooperative models in traditional craft villages and community tourism villages and how to share benefits in the community tourism model to connect, Collaborate and deploy service and tourism activities between the partner network of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark and Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark. This is an opportunity for Geopark partner members to interact and exchange experiences related to exploiting activities in the Geopark area that meet the criteria of the UNESCO Global Geopark.
