On the afternoon of April 25, Comrade A Pot – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Scientific Project on building a team of young officials, female officials and ethnic minority officials in Kon Tum province during the period 2025-2030 and vision to 2045 chaired the first discussion on the current situation of young officials, female officials and ethnic minority officials in Kon Tum province.

In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee have always focused on training and fostering officials in general, leaders and managers who are female, young, and ethnic minorities at all levels in particular and have achieved many achievements. important results; The professional qualifications and practical capabilities of this staff are increasingly improved. Along with that, the proportion of young officials, female officials, and ethnic minority officials in the planning resources, in the leadership and management team is increasing; Most of them have grown up from practice, have been receiving basic training in all aspects, and are able to successfully complete assigned tasks.

To date, the provincial level has 85/541 comrades who are young officials holding the position of deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the district level, there are 176/645 comrades who are young officials holding positions from deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the commune, ward and town level (collectively referred to as commune level), there are 446/591 young officials holding the positions of secretary and deputy secretary; Chairman, Vice Chairman of People’s Council, People’s Committee and Heads and Deputy Heads of political and social organizations.

Regarding the female cadres, at the provincial level, there are 182/541 female cadres holding positions from deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the district level, there are 263/645 comrades who are female officers holding positions from deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the commune level, there are 367/591 female comrades holding the positions of secretary, deputy secretary, chairman, vice chairman of the People’s Council and heads and deputy heads of socio-political organizations.

Regarding the team of ethnic minority officials, at the provincial level, there are 82/541 comrades who are ethnic minority officials holding positions from deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the district level, there are 225/645 comrades who are ethnic minority officials holding positions from deputy head of department or equivalent or higher; At the commune level, there are 397/591 comrades who are ethnic minority officials holding the positions of secretary, deputy secretary, chairman, chairman of the People’s Council, People’s Committee, People’s Committee and heads and deputy heads of socio-political organizations.
