Previously, through the implementation of professional measures, the functional forces coordinated to search the truck 14H – 010.68 driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, and discovered that the vehicle was transporting 10,000 ducklings (1 day old) containing in 100 plastic cages. Many ducks showed signs of weakness, head and neck tremors, some were dead and smelly.
Through the exploitation struggle, the owner of the goods was identified as Ms. Dao Thi Hao (permanent residence in village 2, Tan Huong commune). The number of duck breeds that Ms. Hao bought from a person in the group “Duck Breeding Association” on the social network Facebook; Delivery and receipt of goods at Hiep Bridge area in Hung Long commune (same Ninh Giang district). All of the ducklings did not have invoices or documents according to regulations.
The authorities made a record, administratively fined Ms. Hao 35 million VND, and forced the destruction of all the above-mentioned duck breeds.
