According to the Department of Education and Training, Ti Bo kindergarten class was licensed to operate by the People’s Committee of Linh Dong ward according to decision No. 1852/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2020 with 2 classes, including 1 kindergarten class for 3-4 years old. and 1 kindergarten class for 4-5 year olds, total 22 children, owned by Mrs. Lam Thi Bach Nga.

When the incident just happened, Linh Dong Ward People’s Committee coordinated with Thu Duc City Department of Education and Training to immediately work with the class owner, Ms. Lam Thi Bach Nga.

In the immediate future, the People’s Committee of Linh Dong ward has issued a decision to suspend educational activities for Ti Bo kindergarten class from April 25, 2024.

Afterwards, the Ward People’s Committee and Thu Duc City Department of Education and Training organized a visit and encouragement for the child’s family. At the same time, they directed the ward police to continue working, verifying information and advising on handling in accordance with the law the violation of Ms. Lam Thi Bach Nga according to regulations.

The Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City has directed preschool education facilities in the area to support the transfer of children from Ti Bo kindergarten.

In addition, Ms. Lam Thi Bach Nga is requested to ensure full benefits for teachers and staff at the kindergarten.

Through a meeting with the local government and ward police, Ms. Lam Thi Bach Nga admitted her mistake and took responsibility for the violation.
