Previously, while collecting debt, Tien had a conflict that led to a fight with Mr. Tran Van N. (born 1998, residing in Gia Phong commune, Gia Vien district).

After committing the crime, Tien went to the police station and immediately surrendered.

Defendant Tien confessed that he bought the above gun and 6 bullets on social networks and then went to Mr. N.’s house to collect the debt when the above incident occurred.

According to the authorities’ assessment results, the gun Tien used was a military weapon.
