(Quang Ngai Newspaper) – The digitization of records and results of administrative procedures related to the land sector has contributed to improving the quality of service for people and businesses. However, some localities have not yet widely implemented this work.

Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Do Sau said that implementing Project 06 of the Government, the Department has thoroughly informed all affiliated departments and units, especially the Provincial Land Registration Office to focus on digitizing records in receive, process and return results, to form an electronic data warehouse of organizations and individuals. Thereby, information on land records and documents of organizations and individuals are updated promptly to create data on the province’s Public Service Portal. Digitalization also helps improve the efficiency of providing online public services, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to carry out administrative procedures as well as effectively deploy the Government’s Project 06.

Implementing the direction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial Land Registration Office – Branches of districts, towns and cities have transformed the process and implementation of administrative procedures and public services from traditional methods to the electronic environment. Standardize and restructure business processes, build electronic forms and specialized software to digitize records and results of administrative procedures to enrich the data warehouse, creating convenience for people and businesses. businesses (no need to re-provide existing information – PV). According to Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Land Registration Office – Tu Nghia District Branch Vu Thanh Ha, following the province’s direction, the unit has increased human resources and equipment to digitize input and output. From the beginning of the year until now, the Office received 4,659 documents and the record digitization rate reached 98.1%.

Through implementation, from January 1 to March 31, 2024, the Provincial Land Registration Office has fully digitized the administrative procedures documents when receiving 27 thousand/38 thousand documents, reaching nearly 72%. Among them, localities such as Minh Long, Binh Son, Tu Nghia, Ba To, Tra Bong and Nghia Hanh reached 80 – 100%. Only Duc Pho town only reached 9.8% and Ly Son reached 22%. Regarding digitizing the results of resolving administrative procedures, the whole province has digitized more than 20 thousand/28 thousand records, reaching 73.7%. Among them, localities such as Tra Bong, Tu Nghia, Ly Son, Ba To, Minh Long, Nghia Hanh, Binh Son, Son Tinh, Quang Ngai City reached from 87 – 98.7%. Only Mo Duc district reached 6.3%; Duc Pho Town reached 10.7%… Director of the Provincial Belt Registration Office – Duc Pho Town Branch Tra Viet Hung said that the results of digitizing records and the results of resolving administrative procedures of the branch since January January – March 2024 achieved low results due to the unit’s lack of equipment and human resources to arrange at the town’s One-Stop Department. However, after increasing human resources, especially when there was an A3 paper scanner at the town’s one-stop shop, the rate of digitization of records and results of resolving administrative procedures were increased.

In addition, leaders of some branches of the Provincial Land Registration Office have not promptly assigned and arranged personnel to carry out digitization.
