U23 Vietnam finished second in Group D of the U23 Asian Championship. Thus, coach Hoang Anh Tuan’s team will face U23 Iraq in the quarterfinals. Although U23 Vietnam’s performance is not really convincing, the Chinese press still believes in the team’s ability to surprise their West Asian opponents.
