According to the assessment of the authorities, the reason why the number of customers participating in the auction at the beginning of the year is quite large is because the real estate market is showing signs of warming up. Furthermore, currently lending and deposit interest rates from banks are considered quite reasonable, people will prioritize real estate instead of investing in other fields.
