Comrade Ngo Hanh Phuc – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee visited and gave gifts to Mr. Ly Trung Thuoc in Pha 2 village, a Dien Bien soldier.

Accompanied by leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Military Command, and leaders of Yen Binh district.

The delegation visited: Ly Trung Thuoc in Pha 2 village and Luong Dinh Lanh in Lang Du village, Cam Nhan commune, who are Dien Bien soldiers; Mr. Quach Van Tac is a frontline citizen in Hon village, Thinh Hung commune and Mr. Trinh Dinh Quan in group 4, Yen Binh town, is a relative of martyr Trinh Kim Long.
