Previously, on April 24, the candidates went through 2 parts of the exam. Part 1 includes: taking a test of knowledge of laws related to education and the 2018 general education program; develop school education plans and evaluate students; educational quality accreditation and building national standard schools; develop plans and implement tasks for the 2023-2024 school year; Handling pedagogical situations in school management and administration. Part 2 presents a creative measure for individual school management and governance innovation.
As a result, the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training recognized and awarded “Innovative and Creative Principal” certificates to 24 candidates; Rewarding 17 candidates with excellent achievements, including 6 excellent candidates in overall performance, 6 excellent candidates in the aptitude test, 5 excellent candidates in the situation handling test.
