The locality also has a natural landscape quite similar to Lao Cai as the two provinces both have the highest mountains in the country and are world famous, Fansipan and Phu Si. Shizouka Prefecture currently has many businesses operating in Vietnam. Not only does it support businesses, the locality also organizes a job fair in Hanoi, supporting Vietnamese workers working in Shizouka.

Thanking the Governor of Shizuoka province for taking the time to welcome and work with the Lao Cai province delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trinh Xuan Truong quickly informed the results of the visit and worked in Japan and looked forward to awarding exchange cooperation between Lao Cai and Shizouka provinces. Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong gave quick information about the geographical location, natural resources, and potential of Lao Cai province and affirmed that the two localities can cooperate on the basis of the similar strengths of both sides such as tourism and technology. industry, agriculture, labor – employment. Both provinces have many unique cultural features, many festivals, and both have the highest mountain in the country, which is a famous landmark and a symbol of the beliefs of the two provinces. Lao Cai wishes to cooperate and promote this potential to Japanese and international tourists. Regarding agriculture, the two provinces have strengths in tea growing and processing. This is the basis for the two sides to cooperate in attracting investment in growing and processing high-quality tea for export.

With the advantage of rich mineral resources and synchronous transportation system, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People’s Committee wishes to cooperate with Shizouka businesses in deep processing and export of minerals.

According to Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trinh Xuan Truong, Shizouka has a long coastline, diverse fields of tourism, industry, and agriculture, with high demand for workers in many occupations.
