On April 25, Phu Luong district (head of the 2024 emulation cluster) organized a conference to deploy emulation and reward work of the emulation cluster of districts and cities in Thai Nguyen province in 2024.

In 2023, districts and cities in the Emulation Cluster will all achieve the set socio-economic development goals. Specifically: The average total budget revenue of the units in the Cluster reached 106.12% of the provincial estimate; 9/9 districts and cities exceeded the plan for reducing the poverty rate; 2 districts of Dinh Hoa and Dai Tu completed the goal of achieving new rural standards… The patriotic emulation movement was widely deployed by units in the Cluster, creating a pervasive effect. Through emulation movements, many advanced examples have appeared, many groups and individuals have achieved excellent achievements in work and study and have been rewarded by all levels and sectors.
For Phu Luong (head of the 2024 emulation cluster), up to now the district has 13/13 communes meeting new rural standards, including 2 communes meeting model new rural standards; The district meets 3/9 criteria for new rural districts; The district’s poverty rate decreased to 2.86%, near-poor households decreased to 2.88%…
At the Conference, delegates approved and contributed comments to the Cluster’s draft plan, operating regulations and emulation scoring criteria table; Phu Luong district representative launched patriotic emulation in 2024 in the Cluster.
