The 2024 Carnaval Ha Long program is expected to start at 8:10 p.m. on April 28, at Ocean Park beach (Vo Nguyen Giap street, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long) and broadcast live on VTV1 channel.
With the theme “Brighten Wonders”, the program script is built and inspired by 6 core values in the value system of Quang Ninh province. In particular, focusing on the value of beautiful nature, unique culture, economic development, emphasizing the marine economy and especially the value of happy people. The program aims to honor the value of the land, build a masquerade with its own mark, unique colors, bold indigenous character, with the people as the core; At the same time, send to the people of the country and international friends a message about the wonders, heritage, and people of the land of Ha Long – Quang Ninh.
The program structure is divided into 5 acts: Act 1 is “Legend of Ha Long”, act 2 is “Fishing Village”, act 3 is “Trading Port”, act 4 is “Ha Long Carnaval Heritage Dance”, act 5 is “Bright with wonder”.
Participating in the program are thousands of professional and amateur actors and famous singers and artists such as: Tung Duong, Dong Hung, To Minh Thang, Ngoc Anh, Time Stream group; DJ Xeko-T and MC KNight.
