To ensure traffic order and safety, prevent congestion, and serve people and tourists visiting and paying their respects at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and nearby monuments, the Traffic Police Department and City Police Hanoi City coordinated with relevant units to organize 5 locations to gather and maintain vehicles.

Vehicle parking and parking locations for a fee include the Ho Chi Minh Museum parking lot (addresses 19A, 19B Ngoc Ha street, Ba Dinh district); Ngoc Ha public parking lot (area opposite house number 174 Ngoc Ha street, Ba Dinh district); Parking lot of Thang Long Imperial Citadel Center in Hanoi (address 19C Hoang Dieu Street, Ba Dinh District).

Gathering location for passenger cars with 29 seats or more waiting to pick up passengers without charge; Drivers self-monitor vehicles including: Yen Phu Street (the section opposite house number 122A Yen Phu street to opposite house number 42 Yen Phu street, in Ba Dinh district, from Chuong Duong bridge to Nhat Tan bridge); Nghi Tam street (opposite section from house number 88 to house number 302 Nghi Tam street, in Tay Ho district, from Chuong Duong bridge to Nhat Tan bridge).
