According to the report of the Standing Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, after 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, building and developing culture and people of Ninh Thuan has had many positive changes, increasingly developing comprehensively. , towards truth – goodness – beauty, actively contributing to the construction and socio-economic development of the province.

Education and training work receives regular attention; The quality of education, the quality of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers have been improved, meeting the requirements of performing political tasks in the current period. The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” continues to achieve many important results. The province continues to invest in the cultural environment and cultural institutions in association with the criteria of building new rural areas… and outdated customs are gradually eliminated. Tangible and intangible cultural values ​​are preserved and promoted.

The results show that, by the end of 2023, the whole province will have 395/397 villages and neighborhoods and 553/571 agencies and cultural units; 24/65 communes and wards have Cultural and Sports Centers; 2 districts and 33 communes meet new rural standards; 57/65 communes and wards have radio stations; 100% of households can listen to and watch radio and television information…

Besides the achieved results, state management in the cultural field in Ninh Thuan still has many shortcomings; Investment in building cultural institutions and historical revolutionary relics is still slow and lacking; Conservation and restoration of monuments have not been invested properly and promptly. The quality of cultural activities and services is still limited and does not meet the people’s increasing enjoyment needs. Signs of lack of civilization and culture in business, services, communication, behavior, moral degradation, lifestyle, and social evils still occur. The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” is at times and places still formal, unsustainable, heavy on the surface, and has not gone deep. The construction and implementation of community cultural conventions and conventions, office culture, and recognition of cultural families sometimes have not come to fruition…
