According to Colonel Truong, the victim who died was Mr. V. and currently Hung Yen Provincial Police has directed Hung Yen City Police to coordinate with professional units to investigate the cause.
The authorities are conducting an investigation at the scene of Mr. V.’s death after falling from the 3rd floor of Hung Yen Province Food Safety and Hygiene Department.
