The authorities have issued a decision to sanction administrative violations for each of the above units, with a fine of 2.1 million VND.

In an official response to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ben Tre Provincial Social Insurance said that in 2023, the unit has sanctioned administrative violations against 78 labor-employing units with a total fine of 608. 9 million VND and the total remedial amount is 884.7 million VND. In the first 3 months of 2024, the unit has sanctioned administrative violations against 5 labor-employing units and submitted documents to the Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial People’s Committee to issue a decision to sanction administrative violations according to the authority. rights against an employer with a total fine of 225.23 million VND and a total remedial amount of 736.49 million VND.

Ben Tre Provincial Social Insurance further informed that for businesses that are slow to pay social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance, the Ben Tre Provincial Social Insurance agency drastically directs professional departments. , district-level social insurance in the area urges businesses according to regulations.

After urging and documenting, businesses that do not comply will be transferred to the Inspection – Inspection Department to establish an inspection team to conduct inspection and strictly handle according to regulations. For cases where a decision to sanction administrative violations has been issued but the unit still does not comply, Ben Tre Provincial Social Insurance will conduct procedures and transfer the file to the investigation agency for handling according to the law. regulations.
