This parent also said that he had repeatedly heard other nannies say that Mrs. N. beat students. They advised them not to do that, but Mrs. N. didn’t listen and said she had to do that to force her to eat according to the diet she offered.

Talking to parents, Mr. Lam Dinh Thang – Vice Chairman of Linh Dong ward – apologized for not detecting the incident early enough to handle the incident.

“We will handle any violations, there will be no leniency” – Mr. Thang affirmed.

This official expressed his wish that while the Ti Bo preschool class group is suspended, parents will arrange for their children to go to another class group. Currently, the ward has prepared child care locations ready to receive students.

Previously, as VietNamNet reported, on the morning of April 24, two clips on social networks spread showing a kindergarten teacher seriously abusing students. The incident was determined to have occurred at the Ti Bo preschool group on Linh Dong Street, Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working with the authorities, the person who appeared in the above clips, and is also the owner of the preschool facility, said that because baby NTC (born in 2019) refused to eat, cried and covered his mouth, this woman sat on him. on him and force him to eat tangerines.

The other case is baby TMH (born in 2018), who was mischievous and damaged a toy, so Mrs. N. used a red plastic brick (a toy in the classroom) to hit the baby’s head and use her hand to slap the baby’s face.

Mrs. N.’s actions made the children scared, cried a lot, and affected them psychologically.

Immediately after the incident, Ms. N. was aware of her violation and proactively discussed and met to reconcile and compensate the child and family. However, the children’s families did not agree. Ms. N. said she accepted responsibility for her behavior.

Linh Dong Ward People’s Committee determined that Ms. N.’s behavior violated the provisions of the regulations and ethical standards of kindergarten class owners, therefore decided to suspend the operation of the Ti Bo facility from today. , April 25.

Ms. N. must comply with the decision, ensuring full benefits for teachers, staff and civil liability for students studying here after the decision to suspend operations. 22 preschool students in this group were transferred to another group by the ward.

Linh Dong Ward People’s Committee directed the ward police to continue working, verify information, and advise on handling according to legal regulations regarding Ms. N.’s behavior.
