Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don is a resort project invested by Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company, Mai Quyen Tourism Company Limited is the developer and constructed by Delta Group.

Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company was established on April 22, 2019, with an initial charter capital of 350 billion VND. Mr. Le Dinh Vinh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everland Group (EVG) is the representative of EVG’s capital contribution of 210 billion VND (equivalent to 60% ownership) in Everland Van Don. At Everland Van Don, Mr. Vinh holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director.

In April 2021, the Board of Directors of Everland Group approved the policy of increasing charter capital at Everland Van Don. Accordingly, Everland Van Don issued 40 million shares, par value of 10,000 VND/share, of which Everland Group has the right to buy 24 million shares with a total value of 240 billion VND to maintain 60% ownership in Everland Van Don. .
