On the afternoon of April 25, the supervision team of the People’s Council of Dak Nong province led by Mr. Y Quang B’Krong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council had a working session with Dak Glong district on the implementation of Resolutions. Decision of the People’s Council related to land recovery projects for socio-economic development for national and public benefits in 2015-2023.
To date, for 126 projects using budget capital, the district has completed 64 projects and is implementing 5 projects, reaching 53.1%. The area of land recovered for these projects is 234 hectares of land recovered. The district still has 57 projects whose land has not been recovered with 134 hectares.
For 4 projects using non-budget capital, the area is 318 hectares and land has not yet been recovered for implementation. Through monitoring, it has been shown that land recovery projects have been implemented by Dak Glong district to ensure compliance with planning, land use plans and other related contents.
In addition to the results achieved, a number of works and projects have completed land acquisition, but the implementation progress is long, affecting many aspects.
During the process of compensation and land clearance, people still do not cooperate and intentionally build works and structures on planned land… This causes difficulties and complications. slow down project implementation progress.
At the supervision session, delegates focused on discussing, finding the causes of problems and solutions for projects that could not be implemented.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Y Quang B’Krong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, directed: Dak Glong District needs to evaluate the feasibility, reasonableness, and effectiveness of the project before Submit to relevant authorities for approval.
The district needs to supplement the contents according to the monitoring report outline to facilitate the monitoring team in comprehensively assessing what the district has done and the problems that need to be resolved.
