Due to having to compete continuously, the professional training sessions the day before the match also took place quite lightly. In this training session, coach Diego Giustozzi shows and guides the players in some exercises on attacking and finishing goals such as performing set situations from corner kicks, direct free kicks or throw-in kicks. .
In the play-off match on April 26, Vietnam futsal team will face Kyrgyzstan futsal team. Evaluating this opponent, coach Diego Giustozzi said: “They are a strong team, very good team play, experience and high bravery. Kyrgyzstan won against Japan in the group stage. This tournament format is very complicated. All teams have a great spirit of determination to win. They are very resilient in attack.
“We have improved ourselves. The Vietnam futsal team had a good match against Uzbekistan even though the opponent was very strong. The players showed high fighting spirit,” coach Diego Giustozzi said about his students.
