To date, the City has allocated 1,147.69 billion VND to develop traffic infrastructure, tourism infrastructure, urban infrastructure and digital infrastructure development.

The City recommends: The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Committee have a suitable roadmap to market residential real estate products, consider adding additional types of warehouse and factory real estate in accordance with actual needs. ; The Provincial People’s Committee considers and revokes urban development projects for unqualified investors; Pay attention to allocating funds for the City to build and complete the land database with the goal of granting land use rights certificates to 100% of people. The Provincial People’s Committee added a number of urban area projects such as: Urban development project No. 7A, resettlement area of ​​2 new urban areas of the City, resettlement area for site clearance Open pit mining project Na Rua iron mine… in the list of key projects. The Provincial People’s Committee balances and allocates funds for the City People’s Committee to invest in completing the urban transport network, especially urban main roads…
