Donating more than 300 million VND to women and students in border areas of Thua Thien Hue province

At the People’s Committee of Hong Thuong commune, the units awarded financial support to build “Home of Love” houses for 3 women’s households in extremely difficult circumstances, each house worth 80 million VND; gave 17 savings books, each worth 5 million VND, to families of poor women members; awarded 30 Nguyen Thi Dinh scholarships to students, each worth 500 thousand VND. The total amount awarded to families and students is 340 million VND.

On this occasion, units came to inaugurate and give congratulatory gifts to 3 women households who were supported to build houses in Hong Thuong commune; visited and gave 320 gifts to students in difficult circumstances who excelled in their studies at Hong Thuong Primary School and Hong Thai Primary School, A Luoi district.

This is a practical activity, filled with gratitude of officers and soldiers of the Border Guard and officers and members of the Women’s Union of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province for the government and people of the border area of ​​A Luoi district. Thereby improving people’s lives, contributing to the good implementation of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period 2021 – 2030.
