According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry has evaluated and submitted to the Prime Minister 41/41 overall plans for arrangement, innovation and development, improving the operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies of the following countries: Localities, corporations, and corporations have agricultural and forestry companies with 6 models of arrangement and innovation.

Specifically, restructuring and maintaining the model of a 100% state-owned limited liability company to carry out production and business tasks for 19 companies; restructuring and maintaining the model of a limited liability company with 100% state capital to perform the task of producing and supplying public service products and services for 61 forestry companies; convert into LLC with two or more members 38 companies; Dissolved 28 companies.

To date, the Prime Minister has approved 40/41 overall plans of localities and units; 4 companies in 3 localities: Hanoi city, Thanh Hoa city, Can Tho city have not yet had their innovation arrangement plans approved.

Regarding the results of arrangement and innovation according to the approved plan, the whole country has had 161/256 agricultural and forestry companies complete arrangement and innovation in 31 localities, 3 groups, corporations and units. under the Ministry of National Defense, reaching 63% of the plan; 95 agricultural and forestry companies have not yet completed arrangement and innovation according to the approved plan in 24 provinces and centrally run cities and 2 corporations.

The reason why the arrangement and innovation have not been completed is due to the lack of awareness at some Party committee levels about the roles and tasks of arranging, innovating, developing and improving the operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies. enough; The overall plans of localities and businesses have not been comprehensively reviewed, so they continue to request adjustments to the arrangement model, slowing down progress; Some mechanisms, policies, and legal regulations are still lacking in uniformity and not suitable for the specific activities of agricultural and forestry companies…

Yen Bai arranges and innovates 4 forestry companies
