Arrange and innovate activities of agricultural and forestry companies

(DN)- On the afternoon of April 25, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai chaired a national online conference on the arrangement, innovation, and improvement of operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies.

The conference was connected with 42 localities with agricultural and forestry companies.

At the Dong Nai bridge point, there was the attendance of Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

To date, the whole country has 161/256 agricultural and forestry companies that have completed restructuring and renovation in 31 localities, 3 corporations, corporations and units under the Ministry of National Defense.

There are 95/256 agricultural and forestry companies of 24 provinces and cities and 2 corporations that have not completed arrangement and innovation according to the approved plan.

For Dong Nai, the province has implemented arrangements and innovations at 3/4 companies. As for Tho Vuc One Member Limited Liability Company, it has not been completed due to problems with land handling.

At the conference, leaders of localities, corporations, and corporations with agricultural and forestry companies shared difficulties and obstacles in implementing arrangements and innovations. Many difficulties related to mechanisms, policies and legal regulations are not yet synchronized, especially problems in finance and land.

Giving a directive speech, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai assessed that agricultural and forestry companies have a historical role in the process of building and innovating the country, so they should have appropriate mechanisms and policies to improve efficiency. work.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested to focus on resolving and removing obstacles and difficulties in the arrangement and innovation of agricultural and forestry companies; Thoroughly handle backlogs and land disputes originating from forestry farms and forestry companies.

End the situation where forestry companies and businesses are allocated land but do not use it or use it ineffectively. During the implementation process, it is necessary to identify difficulties at any level and that level must handle them, not push them or replace them.
