State budget revenue reached 4,636.4 billion VND, reaching 27.8% of the estimate and increasing 12.9% over the same period last year. Planning work continues to receive attention and direction, accelerating implementation progress; Many investment promotion programs and activities have been organized. The results of the Provincial Administrative Reform Index in 2023 ranked 14th/63 provinces and cities, up 11 places compared to 2022; The Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI Index) in 2023, ranked 8th/61 provinces and cities… In general, the province’s socio-economic situation in the first quarter, continued maintain positive growth momentum, gradually promote achievements and overcome local shortcomings and weaknesses.
