(DN)- On April 25, Dong Nai Employment Service Center organized the 4th Job Exchange in 2024.

Attending were leaders of Employment Service Centers of 18 provinces including: Ninh Thuan, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Kien Giang, Soc Trang, An Giang, Hau Giang, Ca Mau, Tien Giang, Dong Thap , Can Tho, Long An, Vinh Long, Dak Nong, Ben Tre, Tay Ninh and Bac Lieu.

On the floor, there are 25 units and businesses participating in recruiting workers with a total need of more than 3.5 thousand workers, of which nearly 97% need to recruit unskilled workers.

Recruitment units in the fields of production and business such as: garment, leather shoes, labor export, life insurance, financial services, telecommunications, security… recruit many job positions.

The transaction session had about 500 workers come to find out information about jobs and submit interview documents. The expected number of people recruited is 280 workers.

According to Director of Dong Nai Employment Service Center Tran Thi Thuy Tram, at the job exchange floor, Employment Service Centers of provinces and businesses exchange experiences and some solutions in their work. Organize a job exchange and support connecting labor in the region with the recruitment needs of businesses.

As a result, Dak Nong Province Employment Service Center has signed a contract to introduce workers to two businesses in Dong Nai province that are in need of recruiting workers, Fashion Gartments 2 Co., Ltd. and TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company.
