Unanimous policy on building the statue of “Uncle Ho visits his hometown” in Nghe An

Previously, in 2023, the Ministry of Public Security had a policy of building a statue of Uncle Ho as a gift to Nghe An province, using socialized funds and placing the statue at Lang Sen stadium, in Kim Kim special national relic area. Lien, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

The statue is made of hydraulically pressed bronze using new technology, with the idea of ​​recalling the image of Uncle Ho visiting his hometown.

This is a major policy, meaningful in educating profound revolutionary traditions, expressing the respect of generations of leaders, officers, and soldiers of the People’s Public Security in gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho. Chi Minh.

At the meeting, leaders of Nghe An province and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism discussed and agreed to advise on completing the special procedure documents to submit to competent authorities for decision according to regulations.

Strive to complete legal procedures according to regulations so that the Ministry of Public Security can place Uncle Ho’s statue as soon as possible, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s first visit to his hometown (June 16, 1957).
