On the morning of April 26, talking with Labor reporters, Mr. Kha Van Tam – Chairman of Nghe An Province’s Confederation of Labor said that the trade union coordinated to successfully resolve the collective work stoppage at BSE Vietnam Electronics Company. Nghe An branch (located in Nam Cam Industrial Park).

Accordingly, on April 25, workers of BSE Vietnam Electronics Company Nghe An branch stopped working collectively to claim their rights.

In the morning, 84 workers stopped work to protest the company’s assignment to work outdoors and renovate the company’s campus within 60 days.

By the afternoon of the same day, more than 1,000 workers stopped work to make recommendations about working regimes, salaries, vacations, seniority pay…

As soon as there was information about a collective work stoppage, leaders of the Trade Union of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone along with leaders of the Department of Enterprise and Labor – Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone were present at the company to grasp the information. workers’ aspirations; At the same time, company leaders are requested to organize dialogues with workers.

At the dialogue held on the afternoon of April 25, the worker representative asked the company not to transfer 150 workers to the outdoor lawn cutting department; All workers must have Tet bonuses.

It is recommended to only take unpaid leave on the 7th day. If you take any additional days off, you must receive severance pay according to the Labor Law. If the company closes or terminates the labor contract, compensation must be paid according to the provisions of the Labor Law…

Responding to the petitions, company leaders agreed to take unpaid leave on Saturday, pay layoff wages for additional days off, and transfer 150 workers today back to the production department.

If the company closes or terminates the labor contract, compensation will be provided according to the provisions of the Labor Law. The company agreed to still pay the full 8-hour salary and not deduct attendance due to the strike. Regarding Tet bonuses and Tet gifts, depending on the company’s business conditions (according to the provisions of the collective labor agreement)…

After the dialogue, the workers agreed to return to work on the morning of April 26.
