(CTTĐTBP) – On the afternoon of April 25, the Cooperative Alliance (Cooperatives) of Binh Phuoc province organized a conference summarizing the emulation block of cooperatives in Binh Phuoc area in 2023 and praising typical cooperatives in the period 2021- 2023.
Up to now, the whole province has 323 cooperatives and people’s credit funds in operation, attracting 13,466 members. In the province, there are 17 cooperatives with products achieving 3-star and 4-star OCOP. In 2023, cooperatives in the emulation block have grasped the content of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance’s plan on emulation and launching production and business movements. At the same time, actively participate in community, charity, and new rural building activities locally. Through the emulation movement, there were 8 cooperatives in the fields of agriculture, people’s credit fund, transportation and general cooperatives ranked.
In general, cooperatives in the area have been proactive in building product brands, focusing on production according to biological and organic agricultural standards to meet domestic and export markets. Typical advanced cooperatives are increasingly improving their management level, investing in modern machinery and equipment, organizing production and business associated with the value chain, attracting many farmers to become members.
In the period 2021-2023, the whole province has 18 cooperatives and people’s credit funds that received emulation flags, certificates of merit, and Star titles from the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province.
