The ICD Vinh Phuc Logistics Center project approved by the Provincial People’s Committee has a scale of more than 83 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 3,900 billion VND, by a joint venture of T&T Group and Singapore partners YCH Group and YCH Holdings Company. being an investor. Currently, the project has entered phase 1 operation.

ICD Vinh Phuc Logistics Center project phase 1 has come into operation.

In phase 2, the project will build a bonded area and dry port, logistics warehouse area, support works, roads, areas connecting to the planned railway, and green trees with an area of ​​over 52 hectares. Expected to be put into operation from the fourth quarter of 2024.

In order to complete the task of site clearance, Binh Xuyen district is making efforts and focusing on directing specialized agencies to promote propaganda and mobilize people to agree; Implement openly, transparently and legally in site clearance work.

Currently, 2.1 hectares of residential land have been declared and are completing procedures and documents to evaluate and approve compensation, support and resettlement plans for households; declared and posted compensation and support plans for land assets for 52/52 households; Approve the plan and pay money to support assets on agricultural land of 11 households. The remaining households are currently continuing to complete documents to submit for appraisal…

However, there are still 6 households that have not agreed to receive compensation for land fund 2 according to the approved decision; 14 households without documents proving residential land use rights did not agree with the compensation and property support plan at 80%; 3 households have petitioned about the compensation unit price, property support… In addition, during the process of posting the compensation plan, households have commented that the garden land compensation unit price is low, requesting compensation. usually equal to the unit price of residential land.
