Based on the results of verification and verification of information, on March 27 and April 4, 2024, Market Management Team No. 5 unexpectedly inspected these two enterprises headquartered in Cai Lay and Cai Be districts. , Tien Giang.

As a result, it was determined that these businesses were buying and selling agricultural products, computers, photocopiers, and electrical equipment online on e-commerce websites with online ordering functions but did not notify the Ministry of Industry. Love.

On April 5 and April 15, 2024, the Captain of Market Management Team No. 5 sanctioned administrative violations in these two cases for not notifying the e-commerce website for sales to state agencies. have authority according to regulations.
