Since the beginning of the year until now, the traffic police force in the whole province has checked nearly 1,000 cases, detected and recorded 218 violations (including 150 cases of overload violations, 66 oversized cases, two oversized cases), fined nearly 2 billion VND.

In addition, the Traffic Police force coordinates with traffic inspection (TTGT) to also check and handle vehicles violating overloading on key sections and routes with yards, mines, and ports such as National Highway 1, National Highway 1, and National Highway 1. Highway 49A, Provincial Highway 16, mine areas, port access roads… to strictly control overloaded vehicles.

In addition, the Provincial Police Traffic Police force also coordinated propaganda and organized transport business owners and drivers to sign a commitment to comply with legal regulations on traffic order and safety.

Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police said that coordination, patrolling, control, and handling of oversized and overloaded vehicles are deployed throughout the year by the Provincial Police Traffic Police according to an interdisciplinary plan between the Department of Transport and the Police. conscious.

Accordingly, all violations will be strictly handled, with no prohibited areas or exceptions; In cases where the body of the vehicle is expanded, it will be forced to remove or cut to return to the correct design and notify the registration agency to request the vehicle owner to re-inspect before participating in traffic.

In case of overloaded or oversized cargo, it is required to offload the load before continuing to circulate and verify that the owner of the vehicle is the violating organization or individual for handling according to the law.
