The refund funding source will come from the provincial budget in 2025, and at the same time make an advance payment from the budget balance to pay this company an amount of nearly 56 billion VND in advance. The remaining amount of more than 17 billion VND will be included in the auction plan, and the winning bidder will refund Hoan Cau Company.

Part of the Da Ron 18-hole golf course project built by Acteam International Co., Ltd. has resulted in the loss of 43 hectares of forest over the years.

Previously, in 2014, Lam Dong province leased Palace 1 for business to Hoan Cau Joint Stock Company for a term of 50 years, but without auction. At that time, Palace 1 had to be closed for many years because of deterioration. Doi Cu and Dinh 1 projects (both located in the center of Da Lat city) have recently been leased for business by Hoan Cau Joint Stock Company and Hoan Cau’s subsidiary, Hoang Gia DL Company (same term of 50 years).

For the Da Ron golf course project (Don Duong district – Lam Dong), currently owned by Acteam International Co., Ltd. (another name is The Dàlat at 1,200 golf course), 43 hectares of forest have been lost; from 7 years ago and just discovered. Lam Dong Provincial Party Standing Committee directs to clarify and determine the specific amount of lost forest area, time, and cause of loss to handle and resolve responsibilities.
