On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory, the Central Youth Union carried out 3 projects to digitize historical relics and red addresses for Dien Bien province, including: Dien Bien Phu campaign headquarters relic site in Dien Bien Phu. Muong Phang, A1 hill relic site and Him Lam resistance center relic site (Him Lam hill).

Accordingly, these 3 projects will be implemented by the Central Youth Union in 2024, with a total value of 300 million VND.
