After more than 3 years of efforts to accelerate the construction of new rural areas, up to now, Tan Thach commune has completed the National Target Program to build new rural areas, reaching 19/19 TCs with a total implementation budget of over 17.5 billion VND from many sources. capital. Of which, the state budget capital is 9.91 billion VND, the commune’s mobilized capital is 3.44 billion VND, and the people contribute more than 2.45 billion VND. In particular, Tan Thach people contributed more than 1,000 days of labor, donating over 31.9 thousand square meters of land (worth more than 8 billion VND) to build rural transportation projects in the commune.

The commune’s economy has developed quite comprehensively. The structure of crops and livestock is shifting towards improving productivity, quality, efficiency and associated with environmental protection. Tan Thach is interested in social security work, taking care of policy families, poor households, and disadvantaged households in many forms: supporting house construction, giving gifts or cash, and introducing jobs (domestic and foreign). ), support loans for production development, help by lending plants and seeds or cash from models of unions and associations… By the end of 2023, the average income per capita in The commune reached 57.72 million VND/person/year (an increase of 8.72 million VND compared to 2020). Currently, the commune has reduced the number of multidimensionally poor households to 59 households (accounting for 1.61%, the whole commune has 3,628 households).
In the commune, there are currently 62 companies, enterprises and 661 small business households, establishments and services. All are properly invested, improving production capacity and creating more and more products, contributing to creating regular jobs for hundreds of local workers and creating a large source of revenue for the budget.
