After land allocation but without a project to pay back capital, in mid-2017, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee decided to adjust the decision on land allocation and land lease, transferring more than 62.3 hectares of land allocated to Phuc Son Group for Capital return for three BT traffic projects.
