2. Regarding training level

At least graduate from college, regular program, appropriate major (Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics,….); Priority will be given to candidates with permanent residence at the branch with recruitment quota.

1. About computer skills and foreign languages

– Information technology: Have a basic information technology application certificate according to regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications or an international standard office informatics certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

– Foreign Language: Have one of the valid English foreign language certificates, minimum: Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework level 2; CEFR A2; IELTS 3.0; TOEIC 400; TOEFL PBT 340; TOEFL CBT 96; TOEFL IBT 31; TOEFL ITP 337; Cambridge Tests 45 PET; Cambridge Tests 70 KET; Chinese HSK level 2 or have a certificate of ethnic language training issued by a competent training facility.

Candidates must complete foreign language and computer skills according to Agribank’s regulations if recruited.

1. RECRUITMENT FORMS AND TIMELINES
2. Form: Applicants must participate in three rounds:

– Round 1: Preliminary application before the written exam (Candidates who pass the preliminary round will be eligible to participate in round 2).

For candidates with 03 years or more of experience related to recruitment positions, working at large auditing companies (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG,…), large banks (VietinBank, Vietcombank, BIDV, …) passing the preliminary round will be able to participate in the 3rd round of the entrance exam, without having to participate in the professional written exam.
