At the same time, continue to implement resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels to attract a large number of union members and employees to participate.

In order for the activities to be meaningful and practical, Mr. Pham Tien Nam – Chairman of the Confederation of Labor of Quang Binh province requested all levels of trade unions in the province to focus on well implementing the key contents: Promoting the implementation of competition movements. “Trade unions at all levels organize activities to take care of the lives of union members and workers; Each union must have at least one activity to take care of union members’ interests; Support, visit, and encourage union members and employees in difficult circumstances; Promote the implementation of the “Trade Union Shelter” Program.

In addition, Workers’ Month also promotes the development of trade union members, establishes trade unions in non-state enterprises, and organizes the admission of “May union members”; foster, train, and improve the quality and operational efficiency of the cadres of the Communist Party of Vietnam,” Mr. Tien said.

Organize activities to inspect and supervise the implementation of laws and policies related to the legal and legitimate rights and interests of employees, especially the signing and implementation of collective labor agreements in the enterprise. Direct grassroots trade unions to strengthen coordination with employers to organize self-inspection activities and review OSH rules and procedures in workshops, groups and teams according to regulations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Phong Phu – Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee praised the achievements of trade unions at all levels in the province in ensuring labor safety and hygiene, protecting rights, and taking care of people. material and spiritual life for union members, workers, and laborers, thereby making an important contribution to the overall development achievements of the province.

At the Launching Ceremony, the Provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to 48 union members, typical workers and 9 enterprises for good work on OSH; awarded 10 gifts to workers who suffered serious occupational accidents; 30 gifts for workers in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Confederation also awarded support to 550 union members and workers in difficult circumstances (a total of 580 grants), with a total amount of 275 million VND, which was transferred to affiliated unions that directly organized the award. for workers.
