Among them are some large projects such as: Yen Bai export wood processing project of JUNMA Yen Bai Joint Stock Company, capacity of 100,000m³/year; Investment project for a factory producing SPC flooring and products made from wood, with a capacity of 2 million m²/year of plastic flooring, 800,000 m² of wooden flooring, and 250,000 sets of wooden furniture/year of the Company Limited A member of China Qiuanfu Wood Co.limitted; Investment project of Kien Phat paper factory with capacity of 25,000 tons of products/year; Investment project of wooden furniture factory with capacity of 400,000 sets of kitchen cabinets/year of Hong Kong Xinghua Co., Ltd.; Investment project of a fuel pellet factory with a capacity of 168,000 tons of products/year and 28,000 m3/year of laminated boards of Hoa Phat Forestry Investment Company Limited.
Along with that is the investment project of a kitchen cabinet manufacturing factory with a capacity of 100,000 sets/year, of Moc Vien Production Co., Ltd.; Investment project for a joinery factory with a capacity equivalent to 36,000m3/year, wood pellet production with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year of Hoa Phat Forestry Joint Stock Company; Investment project of 5,000 tons/year wooden furniture factory, 100,000 tons/year fuel pellet products of Mai Lam Yen Bai Wood Processing Co., Ltd.; Yamazaki Vietnam bamboo shoot processing factory has a capacity of 500 tons of fermented salted bamboo shoots and 150 tons of dried bamboo shoots/year…
Promoting the development of agricultural, forestry and aquatic product processing industries, in recent times, Yen Bai province has gradually restructured and developed concentrated raw material areas, improving the quality of raw materials; Promote the planting of large timber forests and forests with FSC certification; Intensive farming increases productivity and quality of tea products, cassava, cinnamon, bamboo shoots… creating a stable source of raw materials.

Some businesses proactively invest in renovating production lines, improving output and product quality of a number of key products according to the chain link model: tea, cinnamon, bamboo shoots, wood, medicinal herbs, mulberry silk, hawthorn… creating jobs and stable income for industrial workers, developing raw material areas in rural areas to create jobs and income for farmers, contributing to building new rural areas, making important contributions to the local budget .
