On April 26, the Tax Department of Son La province announced the suspension of exit for a series of directors of tax-debt businesses operating in the area.

The Tax Department /chu-de/tinh-son-la.topic issued Notices No. 423, 424, 425, 426, 427 and 428/TB-CTSLA dated April 25, 2024, sent to the Immigration Department – Ministry of Public Security on temporary exit for directors who are legal representatives of enterprises operating in the area.

Accordingly, the Tax Department of Son La province announced the temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Pham Minh Sang, Director – the legal representative of Tam Sang Garment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Danh Thang – is the legal representative of Chieng On Defense Petroleum Dispensing Station; Ms. Do Bao Ngoc, Director – is the legal representative of Son La Seed Joint Stock Company;

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan, Director – is the legal representative of Chieng Mung Tile Joint Stock Company; Mr. Pham Duy Han, Director – is the legal representative of Son La Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duc, Director – is the legal representative of Son La Development Company Limited and Truong Thinh trade.

According to the announcement, the above cases were delayed from leaving the country because the businesses were being forced to enforce administrative decisions on tax management and had not yet fulfilled their tax payment obligations.

The temporary exit period for the above mentioned business directors is from April 25, 2024 until the taxpayer completes the obligation to pay taxes to the State budget.
