At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Intermediate Judge, Chief Judge of the Criminal Court of the People’s Court of Ha Nam Province holds the position of Deputy Chief Judge of the People’s Court of Ha Nam Province. The term of office is 5 years from May 1, 2024.

Ha Nam is increasingly clean and strong, completing its tasks well, especially the key tasks and major policies of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, and Resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee. Ha Nam has proposed and actively contributed to the development of the Court system; ensuring political security, social order and safety, ensuring fairness for the people and litigants, so that businesses and people can enjoy advanced justice and respect for the law.
