(CTTĐTBP) – On the morning of April 26, the Department of Industry and Trade and Binh Phuoc Electricity Company held a signing agreement to implement Directive 20/CT-TTg, dated June 8, 2023 of the Prime Minister on electricity saving. , implementing inspection, handling and sanctioning of administrative violations regarding electricity use in Binh Phuoc province.

According to the signed agreement, the Department of Industry and Trade and Binh Phuoc Electricity Company will coordinate in handling and sanctioning administrative violations, detecting errors and violations of organizations and individuals using electricity, Take preventive and handling measures according to current legal regulations. For the implementation of Directive 20, the two sides coordinate to promote increased propaganda and implementation of savings solutions in 2024 and the following years. Accordingly, the administrative and non-business group saves at least 5%, the public lighting group 30%, and the advertising lighting part of the commercial and service group is 50%. The industrial production group alone will save at least 2% per product unit or 2% of total electricity consumption compared to 2023.

The signed contents will help promptly and strictly resolve cases of administrative violations on electricity use and electricity safety, contributing to improving efficiency and enhancing electricity saving solutions during the year. 2024 and following years.
