If after 30 days from the date of issuance of the decision, Ngoc Nham Trading Company Limited has not fully fulfilled its financial obligations regarding land as prescribed in Circular No. 333/2016/TT-TC dated December 26, 2016. 2016 of the Department of Finance, or as soon as the 24-month extension of land use expires and the project is still not completed, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Tax Department and relevant units to inspect the project.
