In particular, the 2024 Land Law has also fully and promptly institutionalized the Party’s views and policies in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and other Resolutions, The Party’s conclusions on land management and use; ensure synchronization and consistency of the land legal system with relevant laws; Strengthen the supervisory role of the National Assembly, People’s Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at all levels and the People; At the same time, promote administrative procedure reform; shifting the focus from management using administrative tools to effectively using economic tools to promote rational, efficient and sustainable land use.
