By the end of 2023, ATC Agarwood Museum Joint Stock Company – the investor, will only provide the Phuoc Dong commune government with a land use right certificate in the name of Mr. Tran Van Nhan (born 1966), the land plot. No. 832, map sheet 20. This plot of land was granted in 2019, has an area of more than 1,600m2, the purpose of use is land for growing perennial crops.
Talking about the process of handling this project, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha – Chief of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Office said that up to now, the Project to adjust the General Planning of Nha Trang City to 2040 has been approved by the Government.
In the next step, Khanh Hoa province is making zoning plans including Phuoc Dong commune area.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, after approving the subdivision, the locality will complete the procedures and implement the next steps for the Tram Huong Museum project. Currently, the responsibility for developing zoning planning belongs to Nha Trang City People’s Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha stated his opinion that the implementation of the Agarwood Museum project will fully follow the approved zoning plan.
Not only are there problems at the Tram Huong Museum project, there are currently many projects in Nha Trang city that have been implemented and are waiting for zoning planning. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha emphasized that Nha Trang City will try to complete the preparation of zoning plans in 2024.
No license to operate the museum yet
ATC Agarwood Museum Joint Stock Company was granted a Business Registration Certificate by Khanh Hoa Department of Planning and Investment in 2017, with Mr. Nguyen Van Tuong as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In 2020, this company submitted an application to confirm its eligibility to be granted a license to operate a non-public museum… However, later, this enterprise requested to withdraw the application, so the Department of Culture and Sports does not continue to advise the Provincial People’s Committee to grant an operating license to the museum.
