The inspection conclusion on land management and construction order in Thien Tan commune, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai, was recently released by the district People’s Committee. Inspectors discovered many violations, including improper use of land and illegal construction on many plots of land.
The inspection team reviewed and inspected according to people’s feedback, discovering that 24 plots of land out of 27 inspected did not comply with land use purposes, with a total of 87 construction works. Among these, there are 23 factories, 40 houses and 16 motel rooms, along with other structures such as concrete roads.
In addition, state management of land also encountered problems, when 36 plots of land inspected did not comply with land use purposes, with a total of 95 construction works with an area of nearly 40,000 square meters.
Among these, there are even cases built since 2008 that have not been handled or prevented in time until 2023. Thien Tan Commune People’s Committee reported this but there are no specific measures to prevent violations.
Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thien Tan commune was criticized for not fully fulfilling his responsibilities, not taking timely preventive measures and not complying with decisions to sanction administrative violations.
Therefore, the Chairman of Vinh Cuu District People’s Committee proposed that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee transfer the file to the District Party Committee’s Inspection Committee to conduct an inspection of relevant Party organizations and party members showing signs of violation.
