Participating in the Vietnam – Laos cultural exchange program are singing, dancing, and music performances with the theme of praising Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, country, and people of the two ethnic groups of Vietnam – Laos, introducing the beauties of Vietnam and Laos. traditions of each country and people, especially songs that cherish the Vietnam – Laos friendship. The deep, sweet lyrics and singing, and graceful dances contributed to introducing the unique and special cultural features of the two countries. This is also an opportunity to review the tradition of friendship, enhance understanding, and tighten solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the Party, State and people of Vietnam and Laos.

At the Program, the Provincial Youth Activity Center and the Provincial Truong Son Arts Association launched the “Generation Connection” Club. The club’s members are Laotian students of Yen Bai College. , students of Nguyen Hue High School and Yen Bai Vocational College. This will be a new and useful playground for generations of students; inspire learning, educate revolutionary traditions, foster personality, and ideals of life.

On the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay festival of Laos, Lao exchange students presented teachers with Pha Bieng scarves imbued with the traditional cultural identity of Lao tribal people; Yen Bai Provincial Youth Union also has meaningful gifts to give to Lao students studying in Yen Bai.

The Provincial Children’s Activity Center and Truong Son Provincial Arts Association decided to launch the “Generation Connection” Club.

The program is a meaningful and practical activity to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national unification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2024), 70 years of the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu ( May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2024).
